Refund Policy
- The customer can choose to exchange and return an order within 7 days after the delivery date. Returned products are only refundable if customers receive any defective products from our end.
- The ordered item’s tags should be intact and must be sent back in their original packaging without any damage or size changes.
- Customers are eligible for a full refund if they return the product within 7 days in its original unused condition with all packaging.
- Refunding depends on the original payment method used for purchase. Suppose the payment was made in cash, then the refund would be in cash, and if it was made via credit card, a refund would be credited to their card.
- If a defective product is determined within the return window, customers will receive the same product at no additional charge.
Cancellation policy
- We are renowned for our reliable products and ensure that we deliver the highest quality products. However, if customers still have any issues regarding the order, they must contact us through mail. We may troubleshoot either online or manually to resolve any issues with the product.
- Customers can cancel the ordered items only if the products have not been shipped from our side. Once an order has shipped, customers are not allowed to cancel. In such cases, they are advised to wait until delivery and then initiate a return.
- If the cancellation is successful before the dispatch, the customer is eligible for a full refund using their original payment method.
